2025 Nantucket Climate Change Summit
The 3rd Annual Climate Change Summit unites our community to explore the impacts of climate change and discuss how our island is adapting now and will continue to adapt in the future. The 2025 Summit features speaker, Bernadette Woods Placky, Chief Meteorologist for Climate Central. Her segment is titled: From Storms to Shorelines: Connecting Weather, Water, and Climate Change. After the Summit, a social hour will be held to connect with your neighbors. Light food and beverages will be provided. This program is presented in partnership with the Community Foundation for Nantucket The Remain Fund, the Great Harbor Yacht Club and the Great Harbor Yacht Club Foundation.
