About Us

Careers ACKtually is a local non-profit, dedicated to bringing post-secondary education and career development to Nantucket, opening doors to the workforce and community. Our mission is to eliminate barriers created by geography, socio- economics, age, race or gender. Partnered with community colleges, local businesses, and other non-profits, residents will engage in certificate programs, associate degrees and beyond. Our goal is to support a workforce that can meet the island’s needs, now, and in the future.
