Hope on ACK, the Nantucket branch of New Hope Therapeutic Services, is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized mental health care for island residents. Founded by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Victoria Croswell, who began her career on Nantucket as a school social worker, Hope on ACK offers a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our specialties include trauma-informed therapy, caregiver coaching, behavioral support, and innovative LENS Neurofeedback—an advanced, non-invasive technology that helps regulate the nervous system and promote emotional balance. With a deep commitment to community well-being, we strive to make care accessible, approachable, and rooted in the unique needs of island life.
