With 25 years of experience as an on-site and remote Executive Assistant, my goal is to empower leadership and uplift others by ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes support and fostering an inclusive environment. 

My previous roles supporting C-Suite eventually transcended traditional EA responsibilities, involving extensive cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.

With the launch of Backstop Virtual Assistant, I leverage my background as an EA to enable executives/entrepreneurs to concentrate on their strategic priorities.  My passion lies in the fine art of balancing meticulous planning and sound advice with dynamic executive support, ensuring that everything is executed with excellence.
